Re: Are there any accessible online malware scanners
I've been playing with the EEK scanner and it works after a fashion. Windows keeps presenting a message that this version of Windows requires signed drivers and that this one isn't. The support discussion I read in a forum says the driver should be recognized and gives no helpful information. the woman who presented the problem didn't get it resolved. The program worked fine before I upgraded to Service Pack 1 of Windows 7. So is this a problem with the programs or the Windows on my system? I saw one or two Google results for this problem so who knows? The program can't remove certain things it might, but it detects just as well according to the support form. I'll worry about removal if I need to later. Nothing was found by the program and Malware bytes didn't find anything either.toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
But it would be nice to find a good online scanner that runs properly on my system.

Subject: Are there any accessible online malware scanners
I used to use an online scanner which used the acronym EEK, but it won't run
on my system after I upgraded to Windows 7 Service Pack 1 awhile ago. Is
there something else that is accessible and works well?
