I just checked online and Outlook, for some reason doesn't use f5 for this command, it uses either control m or f9. I wonder if f9 will work since control m doesn't.

Does Outlook not use what has been a standard command in many e-mail programs for a long time? F5 is the command used in Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail and Outlook Express.
