Hi. Wintrans, which was based on NFBTrans, was hosted on Jamal Mazrui's Empowerment Zone Web site but the download link now generates a 404 error. Furthermore, my Web search, which I admit was not all that extensive, did not lead me to any valid download links. This is regrettable as I really liked this program even though it lacked UEB support, which I personally never needed.
The Send to Braille shortcut from APH is available from the above link.
