Hi, Heather, go to: m.facebook.com  At the top of the page, you'll find a link that says, "Switch to the basic mobile site." Press Enter.

Then, press the letter E until you hear something like "Write a post." After typing what you want to say in the edit field, tab once, and you'll be at the Post button. Press Enter, and you're done. I hope that helps.
