A question about a roomba
Kay Malmquist
Does anyone know about the iRobot Roombai3plus3550
wi-fi connected robot vacuum with automatic dirt disposal. I have had
Roomba's before, but wondered if anyone could tell me if this is a decent one or
where I might find reviews on it. I found it at a really good price and
would really like to know. Thanks much.

Re: can my iPhone earbuds be used with the Victor reader stream?

This is the opposite of what is wanted. What is wanted is an adapter
that will plug into a standard 3.5 headphone jack and ;provide out;put for
headphones that connect directly to a lightning port.

Re: Keystrokes to edit name of file or folder in Windows 10?
Gene
I disagree about specifically backing up a file or folder before changing
the name. If you are just learning to do this, you may want to but it is
very unlikely you will lose a file or folder by changing its name.
However, you should have anything you don’t want to lose backed up in the first
place so this shouldn’t be an issue unless you are working with a file you don’t
intend to keep long..

USB stick issue/question
Madison Martin
I have a USB stick that I leave plugged into my laptop, but lately I've been
noticing that it just randomely comes up. I'll be writing an email or something and all of a sudden it just pops up when I haven't touched it or anything, it used to only open up when I'd plug it into my laptop. I find this rather annoying, I'm perfectly capable of opening it whenever I need/want to, I don't need/want it opening up for no reason. Any idea why this is happening and what I can do to stop it (other then not having it plugged into my laptop all the time)? Using latest versions of Jaws and Windows 10. Thanks for any help, Madison

First make a copy of whatever it is you want
to edit just in case something goes wrong, now do the following:
Highlight the file or folder, but do not open
it. Now press the, F2 key, to open the edit field. Do your editing
and press enter to save / close.
If everything is the way you want it you can
now delete the backup copy you made.
Stay safe & take care. Mike. Just once, I want a username and password prompt to say: "Close Enough!"

I am curious about this topic, so I did some research. 1. natively iphone or IOS does not come with an app or interface to accomplish what you want to do. they can only scan out of the camera itself. like on another QR code on another surface like on another screen, paper or whatever. they need the camera to look at first before they can go into the internet and retrieve what the code wants you to do. 2. you can download a free app call qr code scanner, you can find something similar on the appstore and accomplish what you want to do. They allow you to take the screenshot from the photo gallery and scan from the picture itself.

Re: problem with outlook 2016

Outlook doesn’t close or outlook.exe process keeps running Close Outlook button It isn’t very common that Outlook doesn’t close on its own. Practically always this is caused by an add-in or another application which integrates with Outlook. At that time, you’d usually see the outlook.exe process still running in Task Manager as well. Once this troublesome add-in is disabled or updated or the other application is closed, the problem will be gone and Outlook will close normally again.

hello; you may want to go into options, alt+f=file, t=options, a=advance, now tab and enter on send/receive button, what check boxes are checked in there. as for closing outlook, sometime the program doesn't close properly, instead of shutting machine down, open, task manager, ctrl+shift+escape key, in the processes tab list, press the letter m until you find Microsoft outlook, and tab to end task button.
also, you may want to go back into options, alt+f/t, down arrow to mail, tab and uncheck the boxes, envelope icon in system tray, and desktop alert. hope this helps.

Hi guys, I've been dealing with this for a month now and it's starting to get frustrating. In short here are my two issues. 1. Outlook 2016 after sending an email, it sits in the outbox and will not send until I reboot and launch outlook. 2. Speaking of launching outlook, when I alt f 4, when I try to go back into outlook via the taskbar or any other method, it doesn't open so I will need to reboot my system and then it will launch. Using jfw 2020 and windows 10. I need to reboot now so I can send this message.
