Well, I using it to encrypt my external USB drive and I not booting from it at all! I just wanted to encrypt my files on it and password them! So I think it can be used for as I did a much simpler thing!

Hi,

BitLockker is a disk encryption service that prevents unauthorized persons or software from accessing contents of a disk at boot time. This is done through a combination of four things:

·         Disk encryption: The contents of the disk are encrypted securely.

·         Password: When BitLocker is enabled, you might be asked to asset a startup password.

·         USB key: You can ask Windows to not boot unless a USB key containing a password to unlock the system drive is present

·         Security chip: One can let Windows use a chip called Trusted Platform Module (TPM) at boot time to unlock the system drive.

Because BitLocker encrypts the partition where system files are stored, it uses a separate partition to store boot files (which remains unencrypted). BitLocker is available in Windows Vista Enterprise and Ultimate, Windows 7 Enterprise and Ultimate, Windows 8.x Pro and Enterprise and Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise and Education.

Cheers,

Joseph

Question about the SPARC HD Radio SHD-TX2

Robin Frost

Hi,
If anyone is currently using this model SPARC HD Radio SHD-TX2 and would be willing to help familiarize me with its buttons I’d be very grateful as it ships with no accessible instructions. Is there a way to approximate one’s way through its menus to turn on its voice guidance?
Thanks in advance.

Well, you have with any app the slight chance it will do something to your
phone or IOS device ! Every app you download could do something to it if it
is not right. I have not have no problem with my since I downloaded it. In
fact it has made it much faster than it was and I don't have to restart it
every day now. That is if I don't want to. But these things is not really
phones they are small computers and they need to be rebooted at least every
2 or 3 days at the most. I still find myself clearing out all apps out of
the app switcher and rebooting the phone once day. It is just an old habit I
have.
Also you don't have to use this app every day. I would say maybe depending
on what you do once a week or maybe once a month.

So, yeah, the reason I never got an answer to my email was because you
went and left the list! My question again:

I have a question about this app. I read in some reviews that it
somethings, like downloaded stuff in apps like songs or podcasts.
Do you keep BARD books on your phone? Other books? I ask because I do
and also have some podcasts, with overcast, that I don't sync with
iTunes and would find it a pain if it ended up deleting them ...
especially the podcasts.
I listened to the podcast, but are there actual directions written
down somewhere for someone to refer to without having to find a
certain place on the podcast?

thanks,
