As I recall it's a button near the top of the page.  I don't think you need to be signed in to see it but there isn't much point working with the site in your case unless you have an account.  You will need to create an account if you want to manage your lists on the site.

Hi Nancy,

Are you getting any kind of message asking what program you would like to open that kind of file?  You might have to install a Microsoft Compatibility Pack in order for Office 2013 to open older files.  Here's a website for downloading Compatibility Packs.

Re: system restore

John Gregory <stratplayer@...>

Hi Sugar,

I am assuming that the single restore point is on the initial dialog box? If
so, it is a Windows default to suggest that restore point. So, what you need
to do is:

1. Open system restore as normal;
2. Using JAWS OCR, OCR the dialog box and find the 'Choose a different
restore point' and right mouse click on that option;
3. Tab to 'Next' and you should be able to tab to the list of restore
points.

If the date you want does not show up in that list, then follow Mike's
suggestion to show more restore points.

HTH

John.

When you're in that list of dates do a, shift + tab, to, Show more restore

Re: system restore

Mike B. <mb69mach1@...>

Hi Sugar,

Below are steps for configuring for more restore points being saved.  There's also an example of how much total, used, & free space I have, & how much space I assigned for saving restore points.

Warning: You should be aware of your total amount of space on your harddrive, the amount that is used, & the amount that is free space before increasing or decreasing.

1. Go to the Control Panel / System Link & press enter.
2. Tab to, System Protection Link, & press enter.
3. Tab to, Protection Settings, & tab 1 more time to a list of harddrives on your computer.  Arrow up / down to your operating system drive to make sure it's turned on.
4. Now, tab 1 time to the, Configuration button, & press the spacebar to open.
5. Tab to, Max Useage, & this is where you arrow up / down to select the maximum amount of space you want allocated for saving restore points.  The mor space you choose, the more restore points will be saved.  Warning: You should be aware of your total amount of space on your harddrive, the amount that is used, & the amount that is free space before increasing or decreasing.
6. After changing your setting, tab to, Apply, press the spacebar, tab to, Okay, press the spacebar, tab to, Okay, press enter to save & close.

Example: My C drive has a total size of 350 GB.  My used space is 84 GB, & my free space is 266 GB.  I have my system restore set at 8%, & currently there are 29 restore points saved, ranging from January 19, 2017 back to December 18, 2016.

Take care.

Hi Marie, if you go to the website, and then go to your profile once you have logged in with your username and the password. There is a Area in there where you can remove the current email address, and in turn the new one. Then click the button that says change email, and then it will email you to your new email address you will replied, and then everything will be confirmed. I hope this helps.

Re: Those Amazon Devices

Hi Howard,

You don't need the tablet to use the Echo. You can set it up using an
internet browser on your computer by visiting alexa.amazon.com

Yes, it responds to your voice. It's not SIRI, it's Amazon's own assistant.

If you get the Echo Dot you can connect it to Bluetooth speakers or
use a cable to connect it to your stereo.

you can learn a lot about the Echo here:

Does it respond to voice commands and does it access Siri or someone like

someone has done a tutorial, huh? If possible, I would use it like I do the

Hello Howard,
I own an Amazon Echo Dot and I also own an Amazon Fire HD 7 tablet. The
Dot is pretty nice, it's easy to connect to Wifi. I used my tablet to
connect it, (though you can download the app from the Google Play Store or

Appstore as well). It did take me a few attempts to set up the Dot, but
in the end, I was very successful. I love the Dot so much! It's a very
cheap device, costing at around $50, U.S. It can play Pandora, Spotify,
Tune In, audiobooks, and so much more. I haven't used all of the
features, but from what I used of it, I was pretty impressed. You can
also enable different skills for your Amazon Echo Dot, there are thousands

of them, I only have about fifteen or twenty of them enabled. They have
different games, they have some quote stuff, news, just about anything you

can imagine. Only part I don't like about the Dot, I can't play YouTube
videos on it, I really hope that Amazon implements that some day in a
newer skill or release. I just think it would be extremely neat to just
voice command it and tell it to play a certain video by a certain artist
on YouTube. I also cannot have it read my emails, which kind of sucks,
but it doesn't turn me off from it. Although, to be quite honest, I
haven't used it in almost a month, but I got it for Christmas. Sorry this

email was long, but I thought I ought to give you everything I know about

it.
Thanks,
Zachary Morris

Again I'm not sure of the cause,, but if these drives are not connecting then it would explain why you're not seeing them as options in Image for Windows.

Subject: [TechTalk] help using some usb hard drive

Hi

I seem to be experiencing some troubles when trying to use some usb hard
drives on my windows 10 pro pc. I recently purchased two toshiba usb drives.
On the rear of my pc I have 6 usb ports, in two I keep two short usb
extension cables which I have near the rear of my keyboard to make it easier
for me to find and get to the usb ports for connecting usb hard drives. I
have noticed recently some of my usb hard drives are not working when I plug
them in to either of these cables but other drives or usb thumb drives do.
The two new ones I got only work when I plug them in to the two usb ports on
the front of my pc. I am not sure what is causing this problem. Is there a
limit to how many usb power hubs you can connect at once? Any ideas what is
causing this issue please?s

Regards

Adrien

I'm not sure why the drive isn't being listed, but for now you could always just save the image to the internal drive and then copy it to the external one afterwards.

Hi

I tried to back-up my pc yesterday with image for windows, I am using
windows 10 pro, 64 bit pc. Ok I wanted to add to a new back-up. Open up up
ifw, select back-up pc, next select the drive I wanted to back-up i.e. drive
c, next tried to select the drive to backup to. This is where I got stuck. I
wasn't able to select a usb drive, only the internal spare 500 gb hard
drive. This is the drive I had previously used when creating an ifw back-up.
I wanted to change it. I wasn't able to find it on the list. Any ideas
please?

Regards

Adrien
