Carlos' Birthday Today
Mike B. <mb69mach1@...>
Howdy
Y'all,
I know he has
passed away, but he's still with us in many ways, so sometime today, November
6, look up, & tell Carlos Happy Birthday, & let him know that we
all miss him! I'm sure he's taken over the head honcho's spot for
Information technology in the skies above, & afterall, you know the man
above needs help with an update that carries his name, Windows 10 Creators
update! LOL, hahaha hahaha hahaha,
LOL
Happy Birthday
Bro!
Take care.
Mike. Dodgers, try again next year! Sent from my iBarstool. Arguing with a woman is like reading a software license agreement. In the end you have to ignore everything, & click I agree.

windows 10, newish laptop, lag when using wireless keyboard and opening folders
I have a newish laptop running windows 10 1703 64 bit. I have plenty
of ram and I don't know off the top of my head the other specs in regards to hardware. My issue is that sometimes, like when I put my laptop to sleep and leave it alone for a while, I get stupid lag when trying to open a folder. This goes for anything to do with explorer ... documents folder, drop box folder, or just the short cut to my external hard drive. It will hang and hang before it either opens or I give up and close everything with alt f4 and restart my computer. After that things work fine until it happens again. I've not kept close eye on when it occurs, but I do know that it resolves itself when I restart. I don't remember having this issue with my old computer running the same build of windows 10 with considerably older hardware. This computer also seems to lag a bit when switching windows and there is some latency with my wireless keyboard. I use the same keyboard with my older computer, I just move the dongle. I've a Logitech Mk550 Wave Wireless Keyboard/Mouse Combo. The only difference is that the set-up with logitech options on my laptop isn't done all the way. I can't seem to run the program and set the hotkeys like fn + f1, f2, f3, and etc. To open certain things like I did with my old computer. It was considerably harder to run logitech options program on my old computer but I was able to soldier through it and it was probably with an earlier version of windows 10 when I had done so. I'm using NVDA 2017.2 ... and I know someone will suggest to upgrade to the latest version, but for some reason it cuts off my screen reader when it is reading to me. As in the sentence abruptly stops. It is hard for me to describe and the only way I found to get rid of it is to install NVDA from a portable copy I have from my old computer. Any suggestions as to how to resolve my issues would be appreciated

Aside from your windows 7 machine, what computer were you using that allowed you to play the video? Thanks again! Consider your own calling, brothers and sisters. each and every time. Its a small gift Carlos left behind for all of us to

I’m not sure if this has been posted already. Microsoft has announced that the free Windows 10 upgrade offer for people with disabilities will be ending on December 31.
