biography. As here, I go by Eleni Vamvakari. I have never heard of them actually requesting a legal identification picture! That's crazy! Also, could they not just send you a text or an e-mail, either with your information or with a link to a temporary password? Regardless, it's good to have a file with your usernames and passwords on different sites. If you use Firefox, there is also a way to retrieve your passwords by viewing your login information.

You also say you had forgotten your password.
I'm not giving you a hard time but keep a record of everything, every password
and all information you create that is fictitious that you won't
remember.

This is an example of why you should keep a record
of everything. Don't assume you won't need something. I don't use my
real birthday either to protect myself against hackers. I made a record of
it so I can use it if I need to and also so I can use the same fictitious date
consistently on accounts where my birthday is none of their business.
While this may not matter, if you are going to create a fallse record, I think
its better for it to be consistent.

Hi, I had forgotten my facebook password a
while back and got locked out of my account.
Facebook has given me one of 2 options to
unlock my account. The first is to enter my date of birth on record on my
account. Problem is, I purposely fudged the DOB when I made the account to
throw off possible hackers in the case that there was a data breech at
Facebook. So that option is out.
the other choice is to have 3 of a list of 5
people to go to a website and get a confirmation code for them to send to
me, which I need to enter.
I have tried this but all 3 of the people
said taht they get a messege on their computers stating that they are not
friends with me on that account.
I actually want to close the locked account and
simply use my new account that I have recently made.
Is there any way to contact facebook and actually
have them look at the profile photo and compare it to my state ID photo?
When my wife has been locked out of her account due to people reporting her to
FB for posting things that are "disagreeable" (in reality, the people reporting
her posts just had grudges with her), she had to make a photo or scan of
her driver's license and send it to fb to confirm her identity.
And all these problems happened before the
cambridge analytica scandal happened.
Or, are there any facebook listservs wehre I could
get more detailed help with fb issues?
Thanks

I would think it is. I can do it in Windows

current Microsoft e-mail programs. I don't know if it was available in

365 Hi. Yes, she knows about Dropbox. The whole thing began with her asking me to help her with zipping files and folders. That was no problem as she got that but she wanted to test if she had done it correct by sending me an attachment of the zipped item/s. As I don’t use Win10 I don’t know the differences between Win7 and Win10 regards sending emails. I explained to her the problem she would have with ISPs if she tried to send too large a file and suggested she use Dropbox if she uses it. She did use Dropbox and I got the file and it turned out to be over 500mg, that’s why she couldn’t attach it. The zipping thing is sorted, she’s got that but now she was wanting to know about how to attach a file. When I attach a file in Outlook 2007 I simply copy and paste the file I want to attach into the body of the unopened, unsent mail and that attaches it but I didn’t know if that was true with whatever email client she was using in Win10 and hence my question. Does she know about DropBox and other methods for sharing files? While people do send attachments, she won't be able to send anything large. E-mail providers don't allow it. If she just wants to send small files, that's fine but if she tried to attach a large fie, that implies that she needs to know about other ways of file sharing. Plus the fact that many people don't like getting any attachments, even legitimate ones, because of security fears.

Outlook Sending Attachments: 1. Just copy whatever file or files to your clipboard that you are interested in sending as attachments. 2. With focus in the body of the new email or reply that you are interested in sending/sharing, simply paste these files or single file and these will now be attached as attachments for you to send/share (simply just Shift+Tab to check and verify).

Hi all,
Fears about files containing trojans or malware are legitimate. That's why I always tell students to identify your files by saying who you are and what the file is. The three minutes you spend writing a note will save untold hours of frustration and possibly your or somebody else's computer. It doesn't take much two or three sentences will suffice. Here is an example. Hi folks, this these are the pictures we took last Saturday at Rhonda's wedding. I love the one of Aunt Hazel doing the polka at ninety-two. She's something else! Obviously if you were at the ficticious Rhonda's wedding, you would know what the pictures were and who sent them. There would be no doubt at all. Ann P. -- Ann K. You have to press alt+N to bring up the insert menu. Then press down arrow, or tab and you will hear attach file. The item in the clip board should be the location and filename, not the file itself. I do this frequently for my board members.

Re: Wireless Network Questions
Jeremy <icu8it2@...>
Not certain, but might you have the option to automatically connect to the AP deselected? I can't remember exactly how the menu things pop up where you'd tell it to automatically reconnect upon being disconnected or getting back into range of the AP, the layout is a bit different in 10, but I do seem to remember that the option is there. I do not remember though if using the option to manually connect to an AP also requires that you reenter the key or if it only requires that once, but at least here on 10, it remembers my key and I just have to manually click the connect button when I wish to connect it. Also, you said that you need to reenter the key upon restarting the computer, but does it automatically reconnect you if for some reason the AP drops, so if the router were to lose power and then come back on? Depending on if it only does it on restarting or if it does it both on a restart and when something else causes the AP to be disconnected might point to it being more than just the option to have it automatically connect to the AP checked or not. As for what that other reason might be though, I can't say.
