8.0 (Oreo) or later you would press and hold the volume buttons for three seconds. Previous to Oreo you would press and hold two fingers on the screen until Talkback comes on. This is during the first time startup.

1. With focus in Outlook, use the keystroke Insert+F2 to open up the JAWS Manager. 2. Arrow down to Customize Outlook Message List and press Enter. 3. 1. Highlight any email you are interested in blocking and use your Applications key (Shift+F10) and press J for the Junk submenu... option. 2. There will be options to Block, Unblock and Never Block etc.
It’d be best for you though if you just unsubscribed from these various lists instead like was already mentioned. Check the various footers of the emails because usually there is an unsubscribe address or address to the homepage within for a lot of lists which it sounds you already tried with unsuccessful results, but unsubscribing would be best because why cause your computer unnecessary work, you know?

Have you ever tried cleaning the
cache/deleting cookies? It may do the trick.
Just be aware that doing it probably you will be disconnected from all the accounts you already have (e.g. if you have your Facebook logged in you'll need to log into it again). There are screen readers either under development, or making the rounds in
Android Land. For now, the major one is Talkback developed by Google itself! VoiceAssistant will only be found on Samsung phones particularly its high-end ones! I don't have an Alcatel toy; however, for a start, what have you done to get your wife's toy working? If nothing, turn it on, wait about 30 seconds or so, then place two fingers on the face of the toy and wait till speech comes on then follow the prompts. Do you perchance know which Android version the toy runs on? Ok, if referring to your device as a toy robs off wrongly, pardon me, one of my buddies and I consider these tools as toys and, if you've read any of my notes to the list, you may have heard me refer to My Shiny Android Toys! Well I updated the firmware, success. Updated bootloader, success. Then copied .bin file to sd card, turn off orbit reader. Held down dot4 and bottom right panning button while turning orbit20 on, released both keys, it said preparing and stayed there for a minute or so. Then the message changed to upgrading, some dot sixes went up and down to the right of the word upgrading. After 3 or so minutes, the message upgrade complete appeared then went away now all is well, all my files are still there. Just gotta to delete delete the bin file off the sd card now and I can do that with orbit20 file manager.
