As far as I know, all it will do is send the blocked files to the deleted messages folder.  You may not mind that, but you will still be receiving the mail. 
 
Also will this procedure really block a list or will it block the person who sent the message?  If it uses the from line of messages to determine what to block, it will block the person, not the list.  That means you won't receive the person's mail, no matter if he/she sends you a message off list, and you won't receive the person's mail from any other list.
 
At this point, I'm not sure it is wise to fool around with blocking.  Using message rules would be wiser, since at this point, we don't know what blocking does.
 
If you tell us what list server the lists are on, we may be able to tell you how to actually unsubscribe or how to find out the e-mail method.  Different list serves follow different patterns.  Someone who knows how to unsubscribe by e-mail from one list on a list serve can follow the same pattern for every other list on that list serve.

Depends on the version of Android.
8.0 (Oreo) or later you would press and hold the volume buttons for three seconds.
Previous to Oreo you would press and hold two fingers on the screen until Talkback comes on. This is during the first time startup.

moderators and owners to split the topic. This is news to me that a
moderator or list owner can split a topic. We can lock it, delete it,
even edit the message if the person is on moderated status but split
the topic? Never heard of that one.

I would suggest getting a booster from RadioShack. I know we have antenna TV

and the booster seems to help bring in more channels.

Adjusting Colomns For Outlook With JAWS

 

1. With focus in Outlook, use the keystroke Insert+F2 to open up the JAWS Manager.

2. Arrow down to Customize Outlook Message List and press Enter.

3. Arrow down through the various colomns and use the spacebar to easily adjust them according to your liking and OK it all when you get things you feel are the way you want because you can always come back, following the above steps once again.

Beside the resolution, I only can recommend Epson and make sure it's the LED
scanner. Older model uses don't know what type. Not my speciality.
LED scanner is more efficient and much much more brighter and I would say,
it will make a different for certain situation.

How does one turn on speech on this kind of phone?  What is the screen reader for this Alcatel Android track phone?  I would look up basic command for the screen reader once it is turned on. Maybe they have a help system like the Voice Over on the iPhone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just start a new thread?
Because the whole purpose of the "was" thing is to let people (mainly group moderators/owners) know where the new subject started so that they can split the topic. It's not about us, it's more about them :)

Have you ever tried cleaning the cache/deleting cookies? It may do the trick.
Just be aware that doing it probably you will be disconnected from all the accounts you already have (e.g. if you have your Facebook logged in you'll need to log into it again).
