Re: enlarging print in notepad?

Steps for doing more quicker: Press Alt+O for format menu, and arrow down, or press letter f for font then enter. Tab until you here file size, and adjust by typing the size you want, or arrow keys to choose.

Are the keys cramped on the keyboard?

I only ask because I have a laptop (full sized) and the keys are all flat topped with no tactural differences except for the two keys on the home line ( the f and j keys)

Makes it very difficult for me to differentiate the different keys.  so, I use a USB keyboard plugged into the laptop and I can type with ease.

I have a bit of neuropathy in my fingers and  don't want to put money into something I am going to get frustrated and not use.

Thanks for the info

Keith, there are myriads of keyboards out in the wild.  It will depend on
whether you want a pocket or full-sized one.  The most common one used by
blind folks is the iClever BK03 which is pocket-sized; that is to say that
it will fit snugly in a coat pocket or the big chest pocket of a shirt. It
is a trifold keyboard and has a built-in ion battery.

Check amazon.com for pricing and availability.  The keyboard is quite easy
to setup and I believe that, if there are NO DEXTERITY ISSUES, you'll be
able to set it up on your own without any pair of eyes!  Fell free to yell
at me privately if you need more assistance; good luck and all the very
best.

Here is my answer to that. If you bought the Blindshell Classic from us, we will replace it with another one. We'll then take the necessary steps to sort things out with the manufacturer and if it needs to be shipped anywhere it would be on our dime, not the customers.

I hope that helps.

Let me first say that since I use Outlook Express as my email client the printing font size is controlled through IE11. I don't know what controls print size with other email clients.
When I want to print something from Notepad it doesn't print out as the size font I want / selected in Notepad. So, what I do is paste it into an new email and print it from the email. Below are steps:

In order to change your font size for printing from Outlook Express follow the steps below.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Open the view menu with Alt + v.
3. Arrow down to Text Size and press enter or just press the letter x.
4. Now just arrow up and down to the font size you want and press enter to check that sselection.
Personally I use the, Largest, setting.

It is the same procedure when printing through Window's Mail.

Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool.

I do a lot of Facebook Live streaming and noticed the same thing.  I contacted Facebook about it.  They said there is a lot more back end processing going on when the stream is live than there is when the archive recording is played.  I almost always get better results playing archive recordings that Facebook makes than listening to live streams.

Your mileage may vary.
