You can also tell Siri to play a podcast that you’re not subscribed to. I think that the only way to subscribe to a podcast if it’s not in Castro’s database, is to have the URL for the podcast when performing a search.
I may ask Jonathan to go into detail as to how to set up the shortcuts. But, before doing that, I want to do some more exploring.
To go back to Carolyn’s suggestion, I don’t think that Apple Accessible Team will know that much about Castro. But I appreciate your thoughts and suggestion.

when I go to my music and select a file I want to play, winamp will open- but nott play the file I selected, rather it will play the last song I played before. in order to get the song I want, I need to manually go in the menu, and select open with winamp.

 If I know something or how to do something, I will always try to help that person; no questions asked about why they need it or why did they not search harder to get the information.
If I have a contact number, a computer tec file or other helpful information  I will give to anyone who needs it.
When I here statements about you need to search harder or it is on the website under... you do not know what that person did to get the info and why they asked. I had a friend who only had 1 arm to type with so searching for things took him more time and it is tiring.  
I work with refugees where by English is not their first language so it can be hard for them to search for things off an English website.
I know several seniors who are not tec computer savvy and on top of that, they are or have lost their site. So it is not easy for them just to come out and search for things or know how to do conplex computer operations. They do not have the training that a lot of us take for granted.
I know a person who suffers from MS like myself and sometimes it is just hard enough just to get out of bed when all your mussles hurt and are fatigued. So you just want the info for something and it is easier just to ask if someone happens to have the answer.
I know a person who does not have arms and sometimes her accessible software has issues and she will ask a question for information.
So I ask all group members to please put yourselves in other people's shoes and if you have the answer, give it without all the extra commentary!

I'm not saying this as a judgment on what you are doing. I'm saying that, as a matter of list policy, discussing illegal software and how to crack it isn't permitted on this list and it isn't permitted on a lot of lists. Such discussions put lists in legal jeopardy and, if the owner of Groups.io were to discover such discussions, the lists where they occur might be shut down by the owner of Groups.io.

As I said, this has nothing to do with however I may feel about specific circumstances and discussions. It is a matter of protecting the list and it is a widely followed policy on this and other list serves.

before I go on, and any goody 2 shoes start sermonizing about the illegality of software cracking, I will say that I have made a number of attempts to legitimately purchase this software, but get no response from the company, can't contact them, as there contact page won't come up, and after a few weeks my payments just come back to me, and I have now after at least 4 months had enough.

so does anyone know of a way that I can bypass the registration for the MaPlEr software, as I use it for recording, especially with it's monitor output feature, which is perfect if one needs to set up levels and such, and is something I haven't found in other recording programs.
