If you don't have any problems with installing Windows, the Microsoft
Upgrade Tool link below should be a tremendous help assisting you. Just
start Narrator and this way, Narrator will automatically start each time the
computer does its reboots.

Sent from my iPhoneI just got a new computer. I was able to install Jaws.
But the other day, Narrator said that I needed to reinstall Windows 2010.
I even tried resetting the computer but to no avail. It looks like Windows
needs to be reinstalled.
Where can I find Windows 2010 and would I need to install it from some sort
of drive?
This whole thing is something I never expected to run into especially from a
new machine. Thanks. Oh, one more detail. I do remember performing a Windows
update before this happened.

Hi:

Try Station Playlist Studio. That's the one that seems to be the most accessible.

Hi there,
Can anyone suggest some decent radio automation software? Ideally it needs to run on my server, which is running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
I've had a dabble around with Liquidsoap and EZStream, but EZStream doesn't seem very flexible and LiquidSoap seems to have bugs and discrepancies that make it difficult (if not impossible) to use effectively.
Also bearing in mind I'm not a Linux expert yet, it needs to be relatively easy to install (either that or its installation instructions need to be detailed), and easy to configure.
I'm guessing due to the flexibility required for automation that most of it will be script-based. That's fine, again, as long as the documentation is detailed (LiquidSoap, for instance, has a lot of autogenerated, incomplete, and/or inaccurate documentation which makes its language a pain in the rear to try to get to grips with).
Cheers.
Damien.

I hope it works but it sounds suspiciously to me like a hard drive failure.

I don't know anything about Kevin, but it appears he has a good reputation.

Do you save a lot of money and get a better computer from him than you would through someplace like Computers For the Blind? How does he support what he sells?

Ordinarily, I would never buy a computer from a private person for reasons I gave earlier. but if Kevin is reputable and supports what he sells adequately, that would be something people may want to know about as a possibility.

The interesting thing about your story is that the person corrected
something.  If he was right, you made an error that he corrected.  Whatever
he called it to be flippant, he still should have told you what he did and
what you did to cause the problem so you wouldn't do it and would know how
to correct it if you ever did it again, for some reason.

Richard clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.

As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong?'

He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'

I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An ID ten T
error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'

Richard grinned. 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?'

'No,' I replied.

Samuel, It's been a while since I worked with Total Recorder, but I think it might have a wizard which can record a radio stream. Check out the different TR wizards, they will save you a lot of time and frustration. HTH Norma

Others who use Total Recorder may be able to tell you how to do what you want. If you are using a typical recording program, you can't do what you are describing unless you use two sound cards. But I believe Total recorder has the ability to directly encode a radio stream in whatever formats the program can encode. But that is a specialized feature.

Hello all, I've noticed that in windows settings, you can change the volume of individual apps, and mute ones you don't want to hear. I was wondering, is it possible to record the audio from certain apps in isolation, for example if you want to record a radio broadcast without your speech synthesizer? I've tried total recorder but can't get the hang of it. Thank you.

Just because something says humor doesn't meanit isn't true. it was written as a story, I thought a story about a bratty kid and that it really happened. the world is full of humorous true stories.
