Re: regarding Braille Extender
David Csercsics
That is for reading .brf files on your computer.
You'd put the file in a word processor, then put braille extender in .brf mode, so you could read it.

Hi, Android is a wonderful choice. Samsung phones are very good, the a-10 e is a good cheap model that does a lot, also, Nokia is a great choice such as the Nokia 7. Also, 1 plus phones have a lot for the price. You can get any of these phones for under $300. I recommend those, they all have TalkBack already installed, and Samsung phones even have a screen reader of their own called voice assistant. You get to screen reader choices with Samsung. have a great one, and email me anytime if you have more questions. I have used Android phones for years, and I do almost everything you can do on a computer. Take care!

Hello, I am trying to find out which machines are
accessible? I have never seen one. But, my friend needs a cleaning machine for
hers. So can someone tell me which ones are the most accessible? She cant see
the light, that tells you it is cleaning or if the light went off! Thanks

Re: removing a program
Sam Taylor <sjt1982@...>
There are a couple of ways. You can press the Windows key, type the program name or part of the program name till it appears, press your applications key or shift f10, and choose the uninstall option. Or, choose add/remove programs from system settings, or by typing appwiz.cpl into the run dialog, then pressing enter on the program you wish to remove.

Grouping emails by conversation and subject should do the trick.

Hello listers, over the last little while I've been thinking about getting a very basic smartphone. I have decided that I'd like to learn how to use an Android device. Can anyone recommend particular Samsung phones?
Thanks in advance for any recommendations. Mary.

Re: surface pro and surface to go
Quentin Christensen
The Go is a lot less powerful - which as with any computer, if you spend more, you can get a faster processor, more RAM etc. But the other key difference with the Surface Go is that it runs "Windows 10 S". That is a specific "Lite" version of Windows 10 where you can only run software you download from the Windows store. So the regular version of most software like NVDA won't run on it. You can convert Windows 10 S to regular Windows 10 Home, which is a one way step so you can't go back later. I haven't used the Go but my concern would be ust how well regular Windows 10 Home would run on such a machine - the point of putting Windows 10 S on it in the first place is that it is "lighter" and will likely work better (in terms of running smoother etc) than the full featured Windows. If anyone has a Go and has made that conversion it would be great to hear how your experience is with it. Quentin.

surface pro and surface to go
heather albright
Hay I have been googling this what is the
exact difference between the microsoft pro and the go? It seems to have all the
same specs but the go is way cheaper! The only thing i could see one is
more powerful than the other and the screen size is smaller on the go. Am I
missing something? cheers Heather

Hi Georges, Go to disk management by running diskmgmt.msc Find the partition you wish to manage, right click and choose the change drive letter command. Then assign a drive letter. Cheers Sam
