A couple  of years ago when I subscribed to Office 365, I tried using Outlook because at the time, I was using NVDA, and Thunderbird wasn't as responsive as it had been with that screen reader. I discovered that Outlook worked a lot better with NVDA. 
 
This past winter, I switched to JAWS. Since then, I've had difficulty, in Outlook, navigating to links, headings, etc. in a message. Sometimes, when I click on a link, it jumps to the subject field. In the daily summary messages I receive from my lists at groups.io such as this one, when I click on a link to a topic that interests me, it takes me to a different message from the one I wanted. 
 
For those of you using JAWS with Thunderbird, how well does it work? Do you have difficulties similar to what I described above? I'd appreciate any input. Thank you in advance.

Hi all,
I'm possibly looking for a new All-in-One printer.  I see Heartland Of America has an HP 5055 that is a thermal All-in-One printer. Does anyone know whether a thermal printer is as good or better than ink-jet; and how about the cost of operation and maintenance?  I already have two HP All-in-One ink-jet printers, neither of which worked very long.  I'd like to find one that lasts a bit longer. Any ideas?

So if something was for whatever reasons no longer made to work (audio file, movie, video you have created etc.), you could just copy over the additional copy that you backed up and overwrite it which would make that piece of data work once again.

Hey Gene,

First of all, thanks as always. However, this problem is different. I can actually open the folder from Drop Box. However, when I have highlighted the file or folder in question and paste, I get a message that the copying process has been interrupted.  As I said, this started happening yesterday.

I suspect you may finally have gotten the new Drop Box update that has been out for months but that some people have just received recently.

Go to Drop Box in the system tray. I don’t think that you can do this in the System tray dialog your screen-reader offers.
Open the Drop box icon with the space bar or enter. They both may work or try each.
Up arrow to preferences. Up arrowing is much faster.
Tab until you get to open folders in. If it says desktop Dropbox application or something similar, up arrow to file explorer.
Tab to and activate the ok button. That will cause the old display where you can copy and paste to be used.

When the drive is selected, press alt plus the enter and the properties dialog for the drive will open.
Nvda reads the info automaticly, I think there is a key combo you have to use with jaws to here the info.

If not Safe Mode? I don't understand what it is that you mean. Didn't you say that you went I'm guessing to msconfig and make it so your computer would boot into Safe Mode right? That's the only reason we're even talking about it, but if you truly weren't actually trying to make it boot into Safe Mode and it's now asking you for a password. Trip trip trippy. Maybe this is all due to that registery file you spoke of. Is that when all of this pretty much started?

Windows10 machine out of Safe Mode using Command Prompt.

1. Open Command Prompt as administrator using the Run Dialogue:
Windows key+R for the Run Dialogue; now type exactly cmd and use the keystroke Control+Shift+Enter to open and run it as admin.

2. Type exactly what it is below:
bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot and hit the Enter key. This
will turn off Safe Mode.

I have a big problem.
I think, I have started my pc into safe-mode. Ihave justt restarted the pc and now it does not say anything. There are only the log-in options on the braille display. When I try to enter the pin it says that there is an error and I can‘t read more because when I try to go a line down with the braille display it just does nothing. Well and the other problem that the screen courtain is turned on. ...... Ah and also after I have reseted the Mikrosoft pasword it still says that it is not right. Does anybody have a solving?

Oh and I also did a registry patch inorder for NVDA to function in the safe.mode but now.... well.... I can‘t hear nothing. Well I did not intend to boot into safe.mode. I just think that is the problem......

Ja. Ich hahbe immer ein Paswort verwendet. Aber jetzt lässt es der Computer nicht mehr zu, dass ich es eingebe. Er wird immerr alsfalsch annerkannt. Verstehst du? Außerdem ist NVDA eingeschaltet und ich kann es nicht ausschalten. Der Bildschirm ist wegen des Bldschirmvorhang-Addons verdunkelt. Kein Sehender kann mir helfen und NVDA sagt nichts, also ich kann mir auch nicht helfen. Ich kenne mein Paswort ser gut. Ich habe ihn immerr gut eingegeben, aber seit gestern bekomme ich nur die Meldung, dass es falsch ist. Außerdem hat Windows ein Fehlerr beim Laden. Ich war auch in den BIOS-Einstellungen, aber da kann ich auch nichts neues machen. Ich glaube, ich muss Windows neuinstalieren oder?

You know, I am not sure. So what do you do? Shut down the computer? And start it backup and it goes to the asking you for the password, right?

Did you use a password in the past for your computer?
Is this nothing new for you, using a password to start your computer?

I am curious as to how you booted into your computer before this all started happening?
