Hi All,
A friend is looking for a group that he can join to learn more
about the GPS device called the Trekkor. Does anyone know of and how to
join such a group if there's one available? All input is greatly
appreciated. Thanks much.
Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. Go dodgers!

Press the Windows key or click the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of your desktop. Type in autoplay and click on the AutoPlay Settings option. From this screen, toggle AutoPlay For All Media And Devices to Off. Also switch AutoPlay defaults for removable drives and memory cards to Take No Action.

I used to power my last system off nightly, and it was around for 6
years. It was only decommissioned because the friend I passed it on to got a newer system, so actually around 9 years. I don't do this any more though. Mostly because I forget, or get preoccupied with something. I try to remember to power down every 7-10 days though.

Re: I need a step by step guide to set up a play list in win amp please.
Smiling?
Creating Playlists using Winamp
There are simple ways of creating playlist files (.M3U, .PLS, etc.) within Winamp alone (without having to install anything extra) and here are the directions below:
1. Open up Winamp. 2. Within the Winamp Playlist Editor tab we'll call it (Alt+E) which is where you have all of your chosen tracks. To choose individual tracks to add to this list, just highlight/select whatever tracks on your machine or other drives that you are wanting to add to the playlist, use your applications key (Shift+F10), but the Winamp Playlist Editor tab (Alt+E) does not actually need to be open for all of this to work. 3. Then press E for Enqueue in Winamp. Do this with whatever tracks, albums, folders that have anything you are wanting to add to the playlist that you are interested in creating. 4. When finished adding all you desire to add, go to the Winamp Playlist Editor tab like before (probably only needing to Control+Tab to it if focus is not already there) You can arrow up and down to check out what you've placed within the playlist use the keystroke Control+S to save the playlist you've put together. Name and save it wherever you prefer. It can be moved anywhere on the machine, it's just the files within this playlist you've put together can't be moved for them to continue to work with the playlist itself.

So strange. But try this windows i and type default and it will get you to your default programs. So find webbrowser, and select brave. So you can go to the run box and type in a site and windows should use brave. And not sure why the short cut does not do this. so delete that short cut and go to your shell apps folder and put brave on it by send the shortcut to the desktop. cheers Heather

I’m no techy, but that 500 watt power supply is probably using very little power most of the time.
ON the other hand, my side by side fridge freezer probably uses the most power of all items in my condo. Sometimes when I walk in front of the fridge in my bare feet, the floor is nicely warm. As I do not have a tv, the only other things in my home that use much power is the dryer, and oven. P S, I’m in a condo so heat and hot water are provided centrally.

David,
Thanks. I'm aware of the "tips and tricks" of digging into email headers, but haven't had to use them in years, as I participate through the Groups.io web interface. The Private button beneath the web compose window is still present, and still functions. The reason I brought up the absence of the usual "Reply to Sender" option that appears at the bottom of all other group messages I receive, if I turn e-mail delivery on temporarily, is that it is Groups.io's mechanism for making that digging unnecessary. Once activated, with a few exception cases like one reported here earlier, it almost always fires up your email and prepopulates the To and Subject fields. Easy peasy. And you can edit the Subject if you want something else. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 2004, Build 19041 Always remember that computers are just glorified light bulbs - they rarely fail in continuous use and usually go pop when turned off and on. ~ Technician with the username Computer Bloke, on Technibble.com
