Latest means latest, right?

nvda 2020.3 and libreoffice 7.2.2

I'll check github.

Thanks.

I can confirm that this is an issue using NVDA 2020.3 and LibreOffice Calc 7.0.1. I would encourage you to search the NV Access Github to see if this has been filed as a bug. If it has not please do report this if you have not already done so.

I just need to check the school phone and divert incoming calls to the principal or vice principals, depending on the situation.

I'm not sure exactly who you were asking, but since I do, then, yes, I do have a Word tutorial for NVDA :)

Or as part of the NVDA Productivity Bundle: https://www.nvaccess.org/product/nvda-productivity-bundle/

Kind regards

Re: Visual Studio Questions0

Hi.  I don't code much in cSharp, but with c++ there is a choice during the project creation process where you could create a completely empty application template, then add your own files and boiler plate code.  Perhaps you could search for that option when using cSharp?  Cheers!

to just start writing Code from Scratch.

So far, I need to go through the process of Creating a new application,
which puts me into the editor, but also brings in some Code fragments,
examples etc.  I do not need these extra bits of Code, and would like to
just open the editor to a blank screen, starting the cursor0 at line 1.

I did call the Microsoft Help Desk for the Disabled, but was told they
didn't support Visual Studio, and that I needed to call the normal Tech
channels, which probably means I will need to Pay for the Support, which
I do not intend to do.

So, thought I might ask here before I spent time looking else where.

Anyone know how to open up the editor in VS, to a blank screen, ready to
accept Code being typed into place?

Thanks ahead of time,

As Amazon has some good Prime Day deals on Echo Show products I'm curious
to know if the 5 supports the show and tell feature. I thought that I
remember reading that it does not and someone on another list felt that it
was not a great product. Just want to know if it is it worth buying but my
main question is whether it supports show and tell, which is where it can
identify objects. Many thanks.

Try Googling Ray Star's world. You should be able to find a ton of described moovies. The only thing I don't like is that they were not in an organized list, have no descriptions of what it's about, and I've found movies with an error that makes it undownloadable, but So far when I notified the host, he very quickly repairs it. And what about the Blind Mice Movie Vault?

Sure. You just find the raised edge of the card with your fingernail, and pull it out. It's raised so you can pull the card out. Pam.

I know how to put it together. Just wondered if it would snap out, if need

Re: thinking of buying a paper shredder

Carolyn Arnold

Shoot, Josh, you can get a shredder for about $30, just put paper in, and VOILA, shredded. I prefer a shredder that shreds in little saw dust, not strips. You might not be able to get a strip one these days. Of course, then the shredded paper has to be disposed of. I suggest that you line your container under the shredder with a plastic bag for ease of disposing.

Hi

I am thinking of buying a paper shredder off amazon. So which do you recommend? The ones that only do cross-cut? Or the micro-shredding ones? Will a paper shredder let me get rid of junk mail and other papers easier if they are shredded? Right now I just cut them into several pieces with a scissors and throw them away. I think I would like a way to shred up old papers and junkmail really really small so I can throw more of it away at one time.

This is another instance where the exact same question was asked on multiple groups at the same time.  It was answered, completely and promptly, on the Windows 10 for Screen Reader Users group:  sleep function?

The information there should prove useful to you as well, but there is no reason to repeat it here.  Just activate the previously supplied link.

Hi Marvin,

Yes, you are correct.  However, when the Editor opens, it already holds a few lines of Code.

I only want the Editor to open, without this extra Code.

I wish to type in what ever lines of Code will be used in this program.

Any ideas?

Hi. In file explorer. The c sharp code editor is with a .cs file. But you do need the extra files to compile the project. When doing a console. Or a gui application, and the other files are controls and other parts of the project. So .cs or .vb will open the editor in visual studio.

Hope that helps.
