Are you talking about A word processor like microsoft office? or about the physical processor in the machine like an i5 or i7? Thanks.

Do you just want to do rather simple work or do you want more complex abilities? I suspect that in general, word processors manufacturers put on Windows machines are free, and maybe open source. Microsoft used to have a starter version of Word for Windows 7 that manufacturers could put on but they haven't had anything of the sort for a long time.

If you tell us what you want to do, you might get better tailored suggestions There are many free word processors to choose from and I wouldn't buy a computer based on what may be included if you can get a better laptop at a cheaper price without one or with a different one than people like. JARTE is a good one. Open Office and Libre Office may be good ones. Others will have to comment on that. You can install all of them yourself. Even if you aren't comfortable installing programs, you may be able to get enough help from the list to allow you to do so. Gene

Hi all, Gene, a cane holster is used when one isn't using one's cane, e.g. when riding in a car, when walking with a sighted guide, when sitting and waiting for a ride, when carrying stuff into your house that requires two hands. Because the holster has a strap that is buckled around the waist, if you stow your cane in the holster, you won't drop it or leave it somewhere. It's a convenience. I've looked on Amazon, but couldn't find them, try The Braille Super Store. Ann P. -- Ann K. I already stated that a user who has installed a product which contains an unrestricted version of ViaVoice can use that copy, however this add-on that is referenced on a site which is full of illegal software is not one of those programs. Whether you believe the question is open for debate is up to you, my view on this is pretty clear though that there is no way to use Eloquence legally unless it has been purchased and licenced for use, or bundled with another product. There is not an exception for ViaVoice. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we're talking about old outdated software, so I'm not sure how that legal precedence would hold up in a court, but either way, I don't think a list moderator should be leaving it open to interpretation whether an illegal add-on from a site full of illegal software should be permitted or not. Up to you though, of course, this is your list.

Not necessarily. Here is a brief excerpt from Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBM_ViaVoice
Also, and this may or may not bare on the question, products that
I have used that install Via Voice don't install it in a restricted manner, evidently IBM didn't or doesn't require that
it be restricted. I consider this an opened question.

Hi all,
Does anyone have any experience sending private messages using the regular Twitter site? If so, how do I move through the list of results after I've searched for a person that I want to send a message too? I'm hoping that once I find the right person the rest should be easy. I'm using Jaws 2021, the latest Edge, and Windows 10. Thanks for any help anyone can provide me, much appreciated!!!! Madison

In the e-mail itself there's a trade-in id, then on the page I get to with the link there's a client id number, and a pin number or code with numbers and letters that is quite lengthy. Thanks again.
