I did some searching as I should have done before sending the post. Amazon now has the battery and why would that surprise me?

Re: How Do You Display The Available Networks In the Tree View of this PC/Windows Explorer?

John Sanfilippo

It kind of depends on how you have File Explorer set up. But, in my case:
To open explorer, press windows plus e.
Now try:
alt up arrow, and arrow thru the list of things, among which will be Network.

Quite independent of that, You might also try pressing windows k to view available connected devices.

Keep in mind that Windows ten now has an alphabet soup of windows key commands, some of which you may really like. So you can just press the windows key with some letter or number and see what happens. If you encounter something you would rather avoid, press escape or alt f4.

Hi Howard,

Do you wantan all-in -one, or just a printer with buttons?

It seems to me that most of the printer features are available through the software that comes with the printer.
What do the buttons really control besides off and on, on line, off line, maybe print a test page and such.
Things like print quality, number of copies, single or double sided, landscape or portrait, are all selected in the printer software interface.
Just because a printer has a few buttons, that does not make it more accessib\le.

How much does this printer cost?
Is space a priority?

I always choose to have a printer and scanner separate. If I have the room.
It is well known that ink jet printers are famous for clogged print nozzles if not used frequently.
Just a few thoughts from my experience.

good evening all
Recently, I have written requesting suggestions to help choose a new printer. I think I have settled on one and I'm wondering if anyone else here has purchased this particular one and how it's working out? I'm looking at the HP Envy 6455. It's an all-in-one ink-jet printer with no touch screen and has buttons (as described in the manual). However, product reviews on Amazon look pretty grim. Ideas anyone? Thank you all.

Sis Marie, Batteries Plus is the ONLY FRIEND I have when it comes to battery
replacements. Thus far, the only battery they can change for me is the one
in my foldable bluetooth keyboard. But why? Well, this one keyboard DOES
NOT HAVE ANY SCREWS; as such, they can't open it up to check anything.
That's ok in my case, I'll just THROW IT AWAY and get a diferent one.

Hi Group,

How do you display the available networks in the tree view of "This PC/Windows Explorer in Windows 10?  I used to know how but I haven't done it in a while and a simple search using the Windows search didn't yield anything obvious.

Thanks for any help.

You might consider the Tribit line, comfortable, reliable, and sound good but not so outrageously expensive. They do Blue Tooth as well as use a cord to plug into your PC, or both at the same time if you wish. Don't go for the noise reduction models, a waste of time and your money.

I would expect the text to continue below where you are reading. I checked a lot further down the page just in case it appeared somewhere else. We don't know what is happening. Is the further text being shown in some inaccessible way, such as an image or is the text somehow not accessible to screen-readers for some other reason?

Hi List,

Below is a link to a Kraft web page with info about;

Kraft extra cheddar cheese slices.

On the web page, I press h and land on the heading for the product.

After line or 2 there is a button that says “read more”.

When I click on the button with space bar or enter, the button torns into, “read less”.

What is the correct key press to read more?

Cheers,

Monte

If you uncheck the box that says, "Key Echo" in the start-up wizard, that should solve your problem. There might be a way to do this in the settings center, but don't quote me on that. Your best bet would be to search for "Key Echo." I hope that helps.
