you can go to,
from the run dialog type in:
"C:\ProgramData\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\2021\Settings\enu\SOUNDS"

I highly doubt one would hear the autocomplete sound in another screen reader.
this is a jaws issue for sure.

I’m very curious to see if using a different screen-reader results in the clicking sound being heard. If so, it would then appear that some earlier versions of JAWS stopped the clicking sound.
