It works just fine with NVDA and the link I sent you is to the last accessible portable version which I uploaded myself. There is no spyware or adware included.

Ok. The messages from those created folders when deleted will go to Deleted Items, or perhaps even be deleted entirely if shift+del keys are used. I was rather thinking of the ‘all emails’
