I just tried it, navigating to the desktop and I don’t see this pc anywhere. I think I can pin it to the start menu from file explorer?
Also, it takes me to this pc every time my computer

Although I should have clarified that this is sometimes a problem with the file system so you might want to check the disk for errors under it's properties on the "Tools" tab.
