Note that you may be better off just using my Win10PE images. Then you won't have to disable UEFI mode or Secure Boot. It will also allow you to restore images yourself with speech.

Yes. Secure Boot will prevent non-UEFI capable media from booting. And even if the media is UEFI capable, it must be based on at least Windows 8 to work with Secure Boot enabled.

Yes. Changing to legacy BIOS mode will work. It is possible to boot from media in UEFI mode as well, but the media in question must be made UEFI capable like my Win10PE images.
