I have an app on my iPhone that tracks my steps. It is called Pedometer ++. It keeps track of your steps everyday and gives you the miles you walk.

I've asked about this before but I didn't think I'd need to do it. But I find that at times a task tries to start and disrupts a recording or more than one task may try to start and repeatedly
