It is, but in a different way. If you upgrade and decide for any reason that you think a clean install would improve things, there is a way to tell Windows 10 to re-initialize and behave like it was

If you will use the key stroke Control + P, the print wizard will come up, and unless you have more than 1 printer installed, you can just press the space bar on the “Print” button that appears
