Re: can one set up secondary account in outlook
Yes Jeff, that can be done. It is most easily done through the Email feature in the control panel, but still alittle bit inaccessible. I typically call Microsoft Disability Support for this one.

I seldom disagree with you but with WLM the default is to leave a copy of the email on the server. I recently set up an account on WLM and I am sure that was the default.

Denis,
Just out of curiosity why wouldn’t you call and ask them to do a mass delete, as I am trying to learn about this as well.
Thank you.

I believe it can. I certainly wouldn't call road runner and ask them to do a mass delete.

Chris,
Am I understanding you correctly when you say using IMAP mail, the email messages are stored on a server? I thought using pop3 mail, the messages were stored on a server, but not with IMAP.

I prefer pop3. I just back regularly or move the stored folder to an external drive. It really comes down to preference there is no right or wrong answer hear.

I really like imap over POP.
Because the emails are stored on the server and not downloaded to my machine, I can synchronize them between multiple devices, IE desktop, laptop

I'll provide a brief tutorial based on what I wrote years ago of how to work with

Re: When did 'ribbons' start to appear
There are ribbons in Windows 10. But that doesn't mean that what you do in Windows for the most part has changed. After you change whatever settings you want to change in Windows what do you use it

Sugar,
Oh yeah, I use to have the pop3 mail as well, and all messages were saved on the server too, but now I have the IMAP mail, and so far I’m fine with it.
