I agree, my Siri seems to be having more trouble understanding me than
either my Alexa or Google Minnie. This has come along within the last

I should say, you can try Western European Windows, but I doubt this is an encoding problem. I've seen lots of encoding problems and I've never seen this one. I generally see problems such as

Apparently, this fix doesn't work.?? The question marks are still being inserted after each period. I followed these instructions and toggled false to true but this did not work for me:
