Re: MSWord lines per page
Hi all,
Famus, you have to select the text first. Do a ctrl-a then do your ctrl1, that's the one on the top row, not the number pad.

Hello Gene
So, what do you use for document creation? I do not need a veryfeature full program but it must be able to tell when it goes to page two etc.when typing documents. I do miss Word Perfect

Hello Ann
Well, I selected the text and then I pressed control-1 but nothing is
better. When I load MSWord I hear "print view edit". Is this the correct
view for creating documents?

Try this. I have Word started edition. But you may well find the same thing in your version of Word. In the home ribbon, tab until you get to things dealing with fonts. Keep tabbing and see if you

Re: JAWS: Space Markers in Word
it isn't a JAWS issue in the sense that JAWS is doing something improper. I believe the short cut command is control f8. You may want to wait to see if others verify this because if I'm wrong, you

Re: JAWS: Space Markers in Word
I'm not finding the option to remove space markers in either the home ribbon or the options. Since this doesn't happen with NVDA, I'm assuming it's a JAWS issue. But if someone knows how I can fix it

Hi all,
Famus are you doublespacing? If so then you will get only 26 lines per page. Is your printer set for this?

I don't use Word but you likely have double space on. Control 1, 1 on the main keyboard, tells Word to single space. Control 2 tells Word to double space.
If you write an essay about Mars, you

I don't know if there is an audible list but there is no reason not to ask here. The list is for discussing technology in general. It isn't limited to computer and device technology.
