Re: fixing sound issues
I'm not sure. Are your speakers USB and do they serve as USB speakers? If so, you should have a built-in sound card and the speakers, each as different soundcards.

Hi Marie,
According to his last message, we both missed his intent a bit. lol
The 2 apps we were talking about have been a game-changer for me!
I may look into the way around app as well.

Oh I agree that especially scanner is great for that. I thought he was specifically talking about generic bags or containers with no identification whatsoever.
I probably use Seeing Eye and/or scanner

The way around labels are excellent, and come in several sizes and shapes.
There are even labels that can go in the freezer.

Yes. Try way around. The app is free. You have to buy the tags but the system is awesome.

it's first come first serve.
I think I'll go for Greg's suggestion for now. Filter the text value first

Another way to hide rows might be to do it individually as you come across the ones you wish to hide. As you read the row and decide it's one you want to hide, try the control-9 keystroke and see

How to hide rows with certain text value in Excel
Hello list,
So, I’m having a bit of a brain cramp here and need a refresher.
I periodically receive an excel spreadsheet (Office 2016) with hundreds of rows of data for my interpreting business.
