I'm using Thunderbird and nothing happened with those commands. I sent another message letting everyone know that the problem has been solved. I was hitting a wrong key.

To import the address book as a CSV file, you first have to open the address book, then use the import feature there. I haven't used Outlook Express for a long time and I don't remember how you open

In Outlook, you can set JAWS to read a message automatically when it opens. Also, the read to end command works in the message body. I hope that helps.
