Hi, Reset keeps your files, but redownloads and reinstalls Windows.Go to settings/update and security/troubleshoot to get started. Refresh does this too, but also wipes all partitions and deletes

Well, think my problem was solved today when my pc finally updated to the latest build. So it was why it kept opening zoom when I tested it out this afternoon. I guess it was a windows installed
