You aren't using the right setting. The button, which I assume you are tabbing to, is a setting for just that one session. The permanent change is found in properties for Dropbox in the system tray.

Hi rich. If you go to your personal folder and open the drop box folder from there, it will open as it use to. I just put a shortcut to that folder on my desk top and have not had any issues.
