For many years I have removed my battery whenever it's not necessary. I pop it in if I'm travelling, but when my laptop is on my desk it's running on its power supply only.

Thanks. And I've found it's worse than I reported. Now, nothing will play from Explorer. I suspect it's all because of that latest Windows 10 update I mentioned.

Can you try another source for the stream? Does the web site have streams for various players or different qualities and can you change the source in the Victor Stream?
