/by lid, do you mean the front of the earpiece? I can not find a way to open anything and certainly don't want to damage the headset. How do you open it?

Thanks Mike. That sounds pretty simple and intuitive. Now if I can just find that sneaky little dongle I will be much happier. No luck so far but I don’t give up easily.

My dongle was in a small hole in the plastic holder that held the headset, & was a pain in the ass to feel / find! Here is the buttons & switches layout:

Yes, the dongle is included. I don't remember exactly where you can find it initially in the packaging, but look carefully because it is very small.

It's right there. What happens is, you put your cursor on the file, hit the applications key, and arrow down to extract all and hit enter and tab through it. Pam.
