I did get it to show everything, but it's not there. there was one, that I thought it was, but that seems to have been bluetooth related.

Somewhere there should be specific settings for your pointing device, not general mouse settings. If you learn how to see all items that can be displayed in the system tray, there should be a

I'm not sure what you mean by I should know this myself. Of course, blind people can receive training in independent living skilss. but I wouldn't assume that that training comes from vocational

Yep, windows-x, device manager, tab once, get to mouse, expand it, down arrow to the driver, context menu key (if applicable) and disable. But no disable option here.

OK, try this. Go in, click on check now, after it checks, and the dialog comes, dismiss it, check the box again, and restart. It definitely works here, but that's what I did first.
