Norton and Mcafee are the two worst programs in my opinion. Any time i get a new computer to repair with speed issues. I first look for these programs and recommend to the customer to remove them.

I also read messages from oldest to newest. Although I generally try to skim through all of the messages first before I reply to anything to insure that a reply has not already been posted.

Yes that's the tricky bit with email lists - sometimes due to the vagaries and magic of the internet, you can see a reply to something hours or more before the original makes it's way to you.
