The other day when I couldn't send money using google chrome I briefly loaded internet explorer and that worked for me. I'm running windows 10 and jaws 2020.

It’s a very good idea to have more than one browser and try it when there is a problem with a web page. Brave, because it aggressively removes content, to avoid tracking and stop advertisements,

I know Pay Pal problems have been brought up recently, and in my case I can't send because the page looks blank upon selecting the recipient I planned on sending to. Has a work-around been implemented

You can do that but autocomplete works well in Thunderbird and it is often more simple.
Move to the field you want to work in and use autocomplete for an address, then for the next one in the same
