To me, not really. I very, very, very seldom see it used. The one exception being when people are showing a PowerPoint (or equivalent presentation manager) slide show on the computer screen

It may be accessible to a sighted user, but I don't see menus when I use the menu command as a blind user.

For a blind user, there is no advantage to full screen mode. But is there any advantage for sighted users? While I don't know this, I would think that the tool bars and menu bar wouldn't

True, but hitting ALT+F makes the menu reappear, even in Fullscreen mode, what you open will be presented in fullscreen mode (e.g., settings) and once you finish doing whatever it is you're doing

I checked that after I wrote my message. I knew it generally does, but I didn't know about Chrome specifically. It hides the menu in that program, too. Therefore, I would say that full screen means

It certainly might. You should know, for future reference, were you to accidentally throw yourself into fullscreen mode, exiting and restarting the browser will always have it restart in normal

There are times when using NVDA that I copy text in that way. NVDA has a problem where, when you copy text with browse mode on, no paragraphs are indicated. You will have line after line of text
