Microsoft Teams is quite accessible with screen readers. There are definitely some inconsistencies in its interface but it's quite easy to use once you give it a chance. Its audio is superb

I've seen cases where saving in that method saves the html file instead of the audio file. This may be because JAVA script is being used to redirect the browser or perhaps I'm wrong and something

Gene, unless the screen reader is doing something very weird on its own, the gaining of focus on a link, any link, and bringing up the context menu to "save link as" or "save target" or whatever

If it plays, you will likely find a pause button if you go to the top of the screen, then press the letter b until you hear pause. If you are listening for that one word, I hope your hearing

You could also move your focus to the link containing the media, press shift-f10 or the Applications key and choose the Save Target option.

Also, and it doesn't matter the browser, if you have focus on a media link and the intent is to save the content, not play it, just bring up the context menu and do so.

You may not be able to stop files from playing. I've seen this discussed off and on with this or that browser. But there is another way to save the files that works just as well. Follow the link

So long as you give it a decrypted file, it would be able to read it.
other wise, it can't read Kindle books in the default format since you
can't even import your encrypted Kindle content to Voice
