Not to mention that all modern browsers use what they tried to get the world to call the omnibox, which is what most of us still call the address box because that's mostly what we're used to entering

When you open a browser after it's fully loaded you can press the letter, E, to take you to the edit / forms field you're looking for, that's if you don't have forms fields set to open

Are these USB powered? Near the top of the description it says something about 3.5 mm which would be the plug for the earphone jack I presume,

I uninstalled jaws completely, so went back to NVDA and so far it is reading correctly. However, narrator is doing that choppy thing when reading text like jaws was doing. So I am at a complete loss.

It started before I updated my windows. I actually, one, restarted after windows wanted to update, that did not fix the issue, was thinking the windows update was causing it. So next, I did a jaws

1. Press, Insert + 6, on the number row to open the Settings Center, now press, Control, Shift + D, to open the Settings

I'll let others discuss oother possible solutions. I ncan't urge you strongly enough in future, to make sure system restore is on when you first start using a computer, unless you have a reversion
