That's a function of your keyboard layout, unless you've remapped a command in NVDA itself (if that can even be done for this pivotal command). INS+N should open it if you're using desktop keyboard

Gene, just for the record, the term "slim" is often used to mean portable, as it does not involve any changes to the operating system on which it is used (sometimes considered "bloat" of a sort).
