Re: frustrated with edge
I think it depends on how much text you are copying. For copying a number of lines, it is more simple to copy in the usual way. You can copy by line and edit what you don't want after pasting it

I don't believe it is ethical to block proper advertising when you are getting the content without charge. That isn't any kind of reciprocity. It is taking something for free and not compensating

Ron and All,
There's a much better and easier way of copying amounts of text from a website or from documents. The steps are below my note.
Note, In your browsers quick settings if you choose

And it copies almost every announcement the user leaves on such as bloc quote, end of block quote, list, end of embedded list, heading, which is a really bad idea to include in copied text.

And my point is that there is nothing unethical about an end user blocking it. I pay for my internet service, I pay for my computer, I do have the absolute right to determine what I do and do not

It's a browser extension. You'll need to download and install it. I've used it once a while ago, but worried about the privacy implications. It did work fine for me when I used it, but that

I'm not sure how to set the Brave browser to allow their own ads to be displayed. You may have to do something to allow sites to be paid. I read instructions but I couldn't figure out how

By the way, what version of Edge is being talked about in the original message?
There are still some machines out there that, for whatever reason, never got the update from Edge Original to the new

I haven't used Edge and unless someone can tell me meaningful advantages of doing so, I

When you have Edge open put in a search term and press enter to get a page loaded or you won't get the correct options showing in the next step.
Now press, Insert + V, to open the quick settings.
