Do you get any sort of message such as a right protected announcement? I wonder if those cards can be set to be right protected or if that is a sign of a defective card as it is a sign of a defective

Hi Caroline,
The slider just gets bumped, usually when removing it from the stream; that's been my experience.

I'll check the slider. I don't know how it could have happened, but a good thing to check.

Re: I can't erase books from my Victor Reader Stream.
This is the same card I've had for two years, and I have 150 books on it. So, I might have to do something like that.

Yes, I have had this problem several times.
Sometimes, the little slider on the s d card gets moved to the "up" position and the card becomes "write protected".

Thank you, this did it. I never seen these instructions any where else and I could not find that option navigating on my own.

I can't erase books from my Victor Reader Stream.
The subject says it. I took the card out and was able to
erase one. But there is this one that simply will not erase.
What can I do, please?

Re: edge
To tell the truth, I'd be shocked if Facebook itself is forcing Edge.
In virtually all cases, though there are some very rare exceptions, opening of URLs in a browser will occur in whatever browser

Re: Uploading files to Facebook
I've never attached documents to Facebook posts, only copied and pasted them. So, unless someone else has a better solution, that's probably your best bet.

Has anyone done that? Even if someone had, actually going through a set of step-by-step instructions yourself teaches you an awful lot more than just sitting back and having someone do something

Agreed. I find people are all too eager to make that suggestion instead of attempting to assist someone with learning to do things on their own. Again, teach a man to fish and all that.
