CTRL+Shift+O opens bookmark manager, and you can use its menu to add folders.
When Bookmark Manager opens you're in the search box and a single tab takes you to its menu button.

There is no way to add to Favorites, as implemented by Internet Explorer, in any other browser, including new Edge.

Microsoft Teams is quite accessible with screen readers. There are definitely some inconsistencies in its interface but it's quite easy to use once you give it a chance. Its audio is superb

If it plays, you will likely find a pause button if you go to the top of the screen, then press the letter b until you hear pause. If you are listening for that one word, I hope your hearing
