Hi. These options are totally accessible. I suspect the problem is that you're not seeing them as you haven't set up an account. Even with a free account you will encounter these options.

I should add that I don't have a Zoom account. I join meetings and having an account isn't necessary. So are the settings in the right pane not accessible to everyone under those conditions or are

I have been attending zoom meetings for a while now and most recently they have started to do this:
The host may mute everyone in the meeting room but the host no longer can unmute the individuals.
