We'll have to see what happens but from what you have written, it sounds as though your computer can't do what is necessary before booting into Windows. I'm just commenting because I find the problem

My husband worked for the IRS, and they always said that they didn’t have to abide by the ADA. They said they were exempt. They said they only had to abide by section 503. Pam.

If you don't have a car, the only choice is to use the drive through. Often the lobby closes very early. It's not dangerous if you pay attention.
