They are for Windows 7. I don’t use Windows 10. Someone else may write those.

I found the scanner bin on amazon for $12. Does anyone on here use this to scan books with your phone? Does it work good?

Re: Accessible CD or DVD Player
I think the Victor Stratus may still be available.
It is somewhat larger than the vibe or stream as it is a slot loading device for cds.
I don’t think it does anything with dvds.

Re: Accessible CD or DVD Player
Doug,
There likely are portable CD players with tactile buttons. There were a few which were made for blind users which predated the Victor Stream and they played CDs and also talked.

Accessible CD or DVD Player
HI all, seniors on my support call asked for an accessible CD player. I know most people these days play media from thumb drives or stream it. CD’s and DVD’s are usually played on home sound

Re: scanning books with iPhone
Hi Josh,
There are a few devices around that let you put the phone on top or in front of a stand.
Others will hopefully give details.
One thing I can suggest is having a piece of plexiglass

Re: How to be heard in a Zoom meeting?
If the host unmutes you you can just speak. Alternatively you can hold the spacebar to unmute yourself temporarily.

So, are you saying, that when the host of the meeting indicates that I may ask my question I will still need to press the Alt plus a?

Thunderbird minimizing to system tray not exiting
Hello,
Using Thunderbird I'm trying to close it with alt+f4 and instead of
exiting it minimizes to the system tray. Is this normal?
Thanks.
Dave.

Oh, but I like it when systems are like zoom and Skype, because it makes me feel like I'm in the same room. If no one is mchted, it's like being in the same room, where someone might be saying

Re: How to be heard in a Zoom meeting?
Hi all,
Vicky, Zoom is full duplex, meaning that you do not have to press a key to be heard. However, depending on the webinar, you mey be muted by the host so that the presentation can be heard
