After selecting Browse... Tab I believe twice to the treeview of folders that you are going to select one of which in this case, will be 0 files as you’ve stated.
Now simply Tab to OK or just hit

To my knowledge the Protected Storage component cannot be backed up as an individual file, so to speak. That's why if the protective storage component gets corrupted for whatever reason Outlook
