Which version of Firefox are you using? If it is Firefox 41 or later, I think you have to use the JAWS cursor to view the list of add-ons. Gene is more familiar with this issue than I am, so perhaps

In your JAWS configuration settings for IE (and I would expect for any other browser, too) set Refresh to never and Flash to ignore. Web pages that periodically refresh are a royal pain.

Ok, open up Firefox and went to Rumola and clicked on the extension and got the extension for Firefox and installed it at least it said it was installed. And closed Firefox and reopen it up but I

I don’t think the bookmark version of Rumola works with Firefox. Firefox has no favorites or bookmarks bar like IE, so you probably have to download the Rumola add-on for Firefox for it to work.
